A: Yes, you will need to purchase a ticket to the concert and a VIP upgrade to attend the VIP Experience.

A: The VIP Experience will happen roughly one hour prior to regular venue door time.

 

Q: How do I claim my VIP merchandise I purchased with the VIP Experience?

A: Merchandise purchased through the VIP Experience will be available for pickup from the VIP host when arriving to the venue. If for some reason it is not claimed, we will hold the items and contact you to have them shipped to your home address.
